I booked a two bedroom apartment in UT housting at TMC. It is probably available in February or March. I am looking for a roommate. I am a 22 male graduate student. I am working at daytime. I need very quite environment at home in evening and weekend because I have to study hard. I am looking for a quite roommate who lives alone and live for a long term. The apartment is 960 sq.ft., with one living room between two bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom and a storeroom. The rent is $730/2 per month, paid monthly. There is $200 deposit. Must live at least half a year. There are free parking places and a supermarket 'Kroger'.
Additional requirements:
1.Must be a generally quiet person, responsible and clean with NO criminal background.
2.Must have a job, occupation or full student. (Your badge will be needed when making contract.)
3.Must live with orderliness.
4.Live alone, will not share the bedroom with other person.
5.Non-smoking, non-alcoholic,
6.No pets, No party.
